THE COMPANY
Thank You Video was born during the Covid 19 lockdowns in Melbourne.
Combined with a rapid increase in online advertising costs, the reduced foot traffic regional producers were experiencing put a lot of pressure on owners.
Sending a personal and private thank you video message worked so well for a winery the technology was productised and launched in the Shopify App Store in 2021.
Thank You Video is based in regional Victoria, Australia, on an acreage just outside Geelong, and serves online stores internationally.
THE FOUNDER
Alex is a veteran in the IT industry, having worked at leading tech firms including Microsoft, Salesforce and Telstra over the last two decades.
An inventor with a globally recognized patent in Artificial Intelligence to his name, Alex has extensive experience in marketing automation, CRM's and implementing data and AI platforms across multiple industries.
As a child Alex spent his summers in the South Australian Riverland slicing apricots to dry them naturally in the sun. Seeing amazing produce first hand, this experience drove his life long passion to help producers and artisans connect more meaningfully with their customers.
